About the Program
This program is SHRM-accredited program that equips hiring managers and HR professionals with a structured, evidence-based approach to interviewing—enabling fair, objective hiring decisions and reducing turnover risk.

Fishbowl role-plays and live interview simulations
STAR-based question design and probing techniques
A ready-to-use evaluation rubric and scoring tools
This is a live, virtual (synchronous) program delivered in an interactive cohort setting with exercises, case discussions, and role-plays.
The program runs for 5 days. Each session is 3 hours, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM (KSA time).
You will practice Fishbowl role-plays, build STAR-based interview questions, and apply probing techniques using realistic interview simulations.
You will receive confirmation of your seat, joining instructions, and access to course materials (and LMS access if enabled for this round).
Yes. Participants receive a Certificate of Completion upon meeting the completion requirements.
This program is SHRM-accredited (PDCs apply as stated for the round).
No prerequisites are required. The program is suitable for hiring managers, HR professionals, recruiters, and interview panel members.
