 uestions\, and apply probing techniques using realistic interview simulati
 ons. What will I receive after registration? You will receive confirmation
  of your seat\, joining instructions\, and access to course materials (and
  LMS access if enabled for this round). Do I get a certificate? And is it 
 SHRM accredited? Yes. Participants receive a Certificate of Completion upo
 n meeting the completion requirements. This program is SHRM-accredited (PD
