Yes. Live sessions run virtually, supported by an LMS for resources, assignments, attendance tracking, and evidence of completion.

Yes. Every program includes templates, scripts, question banks, observation guides, and practice logs to apply immediately.

Attendance and learning evidence are tracked through the LMS (session attendance logs + completion of required activities/assessments). (This also supports SHRM/ICF documentation expectations when applicable.)

PDCs are calculated based on instructional time in 15-minute increments (0.25 PDC per 15 minutes), excluding breaks and non-instructional time.
