About the Program
The Certified Corporate Coach (CCC) is a practice-led, instructor-led virtual program designed for non-coaches (managers, HR, L&D, internal leaders) who need to use coaching as a workplace skill. You will learn a structured coaching approach, build core coaching micro-skills, and practice real corporate coaching scenarios—supported by an LMS journey, ready-to-use templates, and feedback-based coaching labs.
Select cohorts are eligible for ICF Continuing Coach Education (CCE) hours and may be eligible for SHRM Professional Development Credits (PDCs) based on instructional time and completion criteria.

This is a live virtual (Zoom) cohort-based program with highly interactive practice, supported by our LMS for resources, assignments, and progress tracking. Each session includes short concept input, demonstrations, guided practice, and structured feedback.
The program runs across 15 live sessions (typically 3 hours per session). Sessions are scheduled in the evening (KSA time), and participants receive the full calendar upon registration. (Update dates/times based on your cohort schedule.)
You will practice real coaching conversations using a structured approach—coaching agreements, deep listening, powerful questioning, goal setting, action planning, accountability, and follow-up. You will also complete live fishbowl role-plays and peer coaching labs supported by observation rubrics.
You will receive LMS access, a comprehensive participant guide, session activity materials, a ready-to-use corporate coaching toolkit, and a certificate of completion. If your cohort includes ICF CCE and/or SHRM PDC eligibility, you will also receive completion documentation instructions.
Yes. You receive two Certificates of Completion from Learnuva. This cohort is approved for ICF Continuing Coach Education (CCE) hours and offers SHRM PDCs based on instructional time and completion requirements.
No prior coaching certification is required. The program is designed for non-coaches who want to build coaching skills for workplace use. Basic professional experience (managing people or working with stakeholders) is helpful.
